Could Someone Photoshop A Background For Me?

I can't figure out how to make my photoshop program do what I want
Could someone PLEASE blur out the background on these pics for me??

Thanks for the help. Is it possible to do it a bit more? Basically I'm just wanting the horse to stand out and the stuff in the background to not grab your attention. Thank You!!

This is about the best I can do, any more than that and things start to go a bit pear-shaped. I don't have actual Photoshop, so I'm a bit limited.

I'll do some now on Blingee, they will have the Blingee symbol, but they will still look nice. :)
