Question Does Anyone Paint Tack?

Just wondering if anyone on the forum paints tack? If so, what kind of paint do you use because it seems to me, if you use acrylic that it would come right off...

There is someone on here that does actually! Let me see if I can find them again, or go back in my history and find their website. They actually do amazing work.
