Doodles :)

Hey! I had a different account on here like a year and a half ago, and posted some drawings then, but I'm not sure which ones, so I figured I'd post a couple on my new account :) They're all from a year - two years ago; as a working student I didn't have any time for drawing! Haha! Hoping to get back into it in a big way once I have the college application process over and done with. Any constructive criticism would be much appreciated; I'd love to be as good as some of the artists I've seen on this forum!!

^ I apologize for the blurriness; I took a picture of the drawing without flash.

I hate what the scanner did to this. Aside from very obviously cutting part of the drawing off, it upped the contrast so much that the butt is now just a big, white mess! I swear the original was at least a little better...

Craptastic quality because I took a picture of it, but this is probably my fave piece. It's of Bono, a friend's elderly AQHA gelding who had to be put down.

Riddle - I certainly wouldn't mind drawing your horse, as long as you don't mind waiting a little while - I'm working on getting my college app for Brown done (applying early) so I'm pretty much swamped until around November 1st!
Speedy - Bono was probably 26 or thereabouts; he had Cushing's and was a FUZZBALL! Haha! He was a sweetie.

You do a beautiful job, and the only advice/criticism I have for you is to keep doing what you're doing. You have everything going for you at the moment, line, proportion, shading, expression, color...just keep at it, you can only get better and and you're already very strong.

I love the one of the lil pony-even though it's blurry. Nice work-keep it up!
