Dress making?

Wasn't sure where to put this. So I wouldn't really call it dress making maybe dress modifying? Anyways, due to my tight budget I couldn't really afford to buy a full outfit for a Halloween party i'm going to this year so I attempted to make my own dress by destroying other dresses and clothing haha. It's still not complete as I want to add a bustle (is that the right word) at the back with a small train. I also have a jacket i'm thinking about cropping down and adding a big collar too. So by making my own dress I get to spend a little bit of money on accessory's ( I seen these really cool prosthetic vampire features) ANYWAY'S, what do you's think so far? It's all been hand sewed so i'm hoping it doesn't fall to pieces when I wear it haha.

Also feel free to share you're ideas or costumes for Halloween, hah I love Halloween, last year I won a prize for best dressed wee bottle of bubbly and choccie's.
Last year I was a zombie maid :3
