As someone looking at a barn, pictures of the property is big to me. Instead of a horse running freely which may or may not actually be a horse from the barn. I realize it probably is but that wouldn't sell me on the place. I would find two or three great pics or your property to put on instead.

ETA: I'd also make the headlines stand out more and even the price. Would just make it a bit easier for viewers to immediately get the info they need without looking over the whole flyer. I know you want them too but trust me the average person will want to just skim it!

How about trail riding? I didn't see any mention of your trails. This is a big selling point to my demographic.

I personally would have the name of the stable across the top as the headline. The contact for more info and web address should be at the bottom by the email.

The term is Deworming, not worming.

I agree on a photo of the facility instead of the running horse.
No mention of how large the stalls are, which to some people is important.

Do you offer jumps, lessons, etc?

No "coming soon"

Advertise only what you have.

Thanks for the input. I'll try to add more photos... I don't have very many recent ones because we're are always building something. Right now we are adding on to the barn (bathroom and lounge) so its a lot of ugly construction.

Well first thing, is don't use stolen images on a advertisement - don't use stolen images anywhere. Unless you're located in Germany (which your profile says not anywhere close to Germany) and Tosca Sütö happened to take photographs for you, then that photograph isn't yours and is in no way yours to reproduce.
