"Goodbye Kirby", an ink painting

I took this picture of my friend when she said thank you and goodbye to the horse, Kirby, that she'd been riding for two years. He went back to his real owner. I thought the sweet sadness was crying to be painted. I gave it to her today and it brought tears to her eyes.

Awww! That is so awesome!

I wish someone had been able to get a pic of me and Dakota before he went back to his old owners. :(
