"Goodbye Kirby", an ink painting

I took this picture of my friend when she said thank you and goodbye to the horse, Kirby, that she'd been riding for two years. He went back to his real owner. I thought the sweet sadness was crying to be painted. I gave it to her today and it brought tears to her eyes.

Wow, that's breath-taking!

Awww! That is so awesome!

I wish someone had been able to get a pic of me and Dakota before he went back to his old owners. :(

Do not tell me I can't...because I will show you that I can.

That is truly amazing. It is so amazingly breath taking that you have put so much emotion into this picture that it truly tells you the story

When your heart is full you will have know more room, but to any horse lovers you heart is never full until you have a horse you can trust and love in your life.
