    No you don't have to have facebook for picnik..

    There is also gimp..It is exactly like photoshop but it is free.

    Actually photoshop is 1000 dollars. And they only have CS5 for a free trial. You can go to to get the free trial.

    I never used gimp or picnik, but if its free why not try it

    Photoshop is $1000 for the cs5 version. The OP asked about cs3, which is significantly less expensive.

    The point in getting Photoshop over Gimp is that PS gives you a lot more features, in the cs5 version at least, that Gimp lacks.

    You do not need a FB for piknik....just go to and create an account. It's very easy to use and straight-forward.
