my glass horse jewelry

I've been a horsey artist for as long as I can remember, and I just started messing around with fusing glass a few months ago. It's actually a lot of fun! You end up with a solid chunk of glass (I make pendants out of them, but they can be anything!) with the etched design permanantly embedded in it. I've started to sell some on my website, and have just started adding custom horse/farm names, brands, and logos to them too!

I was thinking of hitting up a couple forums for new design ideas from other horse people... so far, I have a reiner, a pleasure horse, a cutter, a roper, an arab, a huntseat flat horse, a trail rider, a barrel racer, a jumper, a dressage horse, a halter horse, a bucking horse, and a few others. Is there anything you all think would be a good idea? I'm thinking of expanding into breeds (then maybe cattle or dog breeds too), but I know that there are oodles of disciplines left to do. Just kinda in a rut on the inspiration side of things.

Since I have NO idea how to get pictures to appear on here, I figured I'd drop a link to an album of them. I'm hoping to add more this week! Thanks!

Love the jewelry!
I really liked the trail rider under the tree, did not see it for sale though?

I do have a suggestion for a new design, how about some thing for those of us who also enjoy driving, full size horses as well as miniature horses?

thanks! I make the design, get it laser etched in glass, then fire it under clear glass in my kiln, twice. It's a long process but really fun, you can make about anything and glass is waaaaaaay cheaper to play with than precious metals!!!

thank you! The heart is my favorite too. :) I don't wear much jewelry myself, just enjoy making it. But I do wear the heart once in a while!

I have all of them available, including the trail rider, I'm just not much of a businesswoman and forget to relist things that sell, LOL.

I had a driving horse on the to-do list actually but never thought of a mini, thanks! I have friends who show belgians so they want a draft one too... should keep me busy for a while!!

Yes and Yes! I can deliver to europe or anywhere, it just takes a few days longer to get there. I can do a custom image, use your black & white image, or add text to any image I have. I've had quite a few orders for one of my designs with a horse's name added to it. Also people like their brand or farm logo/name on them. They're fun to make!
