My Journal of Art related things!

Alright, I've been browsing everyone's wonderful things, and I thought I'd post up some of mine. It'll hopefully help keep my motivated to paint!

I've been doing a lot of art lately, mostly in Acryllic paints, but I've also been writing poetry, and the outline to a story. As you can see, Art is my life. A few of my writing pieces may bleed in here and there, but i'll try and keep them seperate for the most part!

Alright, Here we start!

My recent projects.

Abstract painting with some of my poems written on it. I was sick of doing detailed work, so I decided to slap paint on a canvas without thinking about it. It's not done, but I don't think it needs to be, it served its purpose to de stress me

So what do you think? :) I love comments.
I don't do my art to please people, I do it for me, but I love it if people do see what I'm going for with my stuff

your work is brilliant, and I love how you do your art for yourself, rather then to please others. I especially liked your landscapes.

Thank you! The first one was for a school project, I sat at my table for 24 hours straight doing it!

how big is it, from the picture i'm guessing A2? It's always nice too keep school stuff to compare to more recent things, it really shows progress, I cringe whenever I look back at my school artwork compared to my work now haha.

It's about that size, perhaps a big smaller. I laugh when I look at my old work

Thank you very much. My friend loved her shoes!

I wanted to start another painting tomorrow, but I have a lot of homework to finish off! Hopefully I will be able to at least start something.

I'll keep you updated
