New drawing, what do you think?

I stayed home last week due to an awesome migraine [I can handle it most days but this one felt like someone was bludgeoning me in the face with an ax] and in an attempt to take my mind off the pain, I decided to draw.

I drew about half of my trainer's horse, using a picture on my phone. I was also lying in bed while I did this and only used a 3B cause the rest rolled onto the floor haha.

Anyways...I don't have the original picture with me but let me know what you think? I'm still debating whether or not to finish it. I'm leaning towards not since it's not very good lol.

Excuse the picture quality, my camera is acting up so I took this with my blackberry. :)

That's looking really good! You should definitely finish. Really good proportions - especially for lying in bed :)

Thanks, guys. I might finish it tonight, I'm not sure.

Does the nose look too big? Originally it was HUGE [and the eye was smaller] but I kinda shaved it down and made the eye bigger and now I can't decide if it's okay or not.

The nose is big, but it's proportionate to everything else, so it's all good. I don't think you should change it :).

I'd love to see it when it's finished, if you do decide to finish it!

Well I couldn't sleep last night so I finished it. Sort of. I ended up making the entire face a little skinnier because the horse I used as a reference has a narrow little head, lol. I also redid the eye...not sure why it's SO DARK. I think maybe it's a sign that you need to hide the pencils from me once it hits 2AM and I've been up for 20 straight hours, haha.

I had kind of planned to give this to my trainer as a Christmas present since it's her horse I drew but I don't like it so I don't think I will. Haha.
