    Old Chairs I Painted

Once in awhile if there is a benefit coming up I like to buy old sturdy chairs at the St. Vincent de Paul and give them an overhaul. This one I did for my dressage club fundraiser last Falll.

Bottom one was for our downtown beautification and the first time I ever attempted one. Both were auctioned off.

Thanks all! The frog one...aiieeee, I bit off way more than I could chew with that one and it was an unfinished chair to start with. That is why the dressage one is much simplier. I spent three days just stripping the dressage one. I came up with the idea for the dressage one while doing the frog one. Actually while I was swearing I would never do another!
