Opinions for an Auction? Which painting to enter...

So the local community hall is holding an auction fundraiser in a week and 1/2 and a lady asked me if I would be willing to donate a painting.
I'm not sure which one to donate though, so I wanted opinions from people as to which one you would buy if you had to choose.
The people attending won't necessarily be horse-people so it would have to be one you think the average Joe wouldnt mind hanging on their wall

I like the second one. But since you say it won't be the average horse people there, I'd say the first one cause it has a person in it.

The average Joe would go for the first one but the connoisseur would go for the last one.

The middle one with all the white markings is actually distracting and throws off the colors balance of the picture.

I agree with Spyder. I like the 3rd one best, but most non-horse people probably won't love it. Same thing about the second one, but I don't mind the white markings. The first one is very nice and I think your best bet for the auction.

I was thinking most might go for the first...

I would put up whichever one you wouldn't mind parting with, possibly the one you like the least.

If you don't mind letting it go, I think the third one might actually sell the best because any horse-lover or parent of a horse-lover would instantly want it. The purple frames it beautifully and it's easy to see that a lot of skill and time went into painting the horse. :)

I'd go with either the first or third painting. I donated a friesian painting to an auction that wan't horse related and it sold, so the third one would stand a good chance of being sold I think. Can't go wrong with arabians in art!!!
