I think it could be more of a sea painting. Perhaps of a little yacht with a pinky sunset in the back ground, with a lighthouse to the right, glowing on a little headland??

If that's the case, I would probably paint an old, red or blue tractor in a half - ploughed field, with your grandpa driving, and perhaps, if you can fit in enough detail, a cup of tea in one hand? The sky could be a palish blue, with pale clouds, and along the back of the field could be some dark green bushes, some with berries?

Have an old green tractor, with a box labeled _____ tea (whatever kind your grandpa likes), and maybe a horse in western tack sniffing the tea box and kettle. This could all be inside a rustic barn with straw floors....

Or maybe just a lone tractor, sitting in a field of wheat...in the distance the field could be cut off by trees, and mountains or hills in the distance?
aerie likes this.

No, I don't like plaid-- oh, you think that's weird because I am a "farmer", and farmers wear plaid-- well if you looked at my little dirt patch I call a garden, you would think twice
