Thanks, Kashmere and Heybird. Pinky isn't my dog, though I wish she was :).
She belongs to Cariot, and the link tells their story.
I drew the picture though :)
    You rescued Bengal cats?

OOOh gotcha, thought it was your link. Still great picture and storyl!!
Yup Lillie is on the left, she was breeding only (F4? She is almost not legal in the state of FL) Snow Marble Bengal
The runt Gizmo is on the right, runts are normally left to die as they do not sell.
She is still very small but is going to be just fine. She is a basic bengal.
They were in a very small brick building with about 100+ or more other bengals and Miniature Cats.

::CLAPS:: Bravo on yet another stunning piece. I must add though that I think this has got to be your most dynamic and emotional piece yet. You not only nailed the detail, but you really captured a bit of that dog's soul and put it into your drawing. Getting a little teary after reading that story.

Thanks, it's heart-breaking, isn't it? But the end makes it all better, she's such a happy, healthy-looking little dog.

I have to say, it was a pleasure and a joy working from a clear, well-angled photo, makes a WORLD of difference in the finished product. I'm happier with this drawing than any of my recent ones. Glad you like it!
