RIP Blue Hors Matine!!!!

As some of you may or may not know, the dressage world was hit with the tragic death of super star Blue Hors Matine. She was one of the most (if not "the" most) dynamic movers I have ever seen perform. She broke her leg in a pasture accident and was euthanised. As with other horses who have tragically passed away (Barbaro and Theodore O'Connor to name a couple), I decided what better way to pay tribute to her than with this...

Such a beautiful horse it was... really a shame that she had to go...

Rest in peace... :( Beautiful work by the way!

Wow I heard about that, how completely sad. Your drawing is beautiful, have you thought about sending it to the owner?

Beat me to it ;) That's gorgeous, Liz! I love the detail on the legs.
