Its funny but sometimes as an artist you find a certain image that just speaks to you and you have to create it.

Each year I create a new work of art for the use on my art clients christmas cards. Usually its something quite christmasy a dog chew a christmas candy toy etc.

But this year I saw this photo on another forum I belong too. the horse in the image is called Nuthin because thats what his new owner was told he would amount to nuthin. The image of her small child with this horse that is now so calm and contented just made my fingers itch and I knew that this was the image I needed to use this year.

Its amazing what TLC will do for an animal. Thank you Tam for the use of your wonderful photo, I hope you enjoy the artwork as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Its her early Christmas gift from me for the use of her photograph for my cards.
