Two new drawings...

School has kept me so occupied I haven't had any time to draw lately :(

The only two that I've done [or started] are these:

Dapples by ~sweetmelaniee on deviantART
Possible WIP by ~sweetmelaniee on deviantART

Sorry they're deviantART links, I don't have them uploaded anywhere else. They're not too good as I didn't spend much time on either...but...they're drawings!

Critiques are encouraged Feel free to check out the rest of my dA account and critique any drawings posted there [just include a link so I know what you're talking about!]

AND...the barn owner has become my biggest fan! He's found contest information and given it to me [ended before I could enter, he was super bummed], he's always talking to me about my drawings...^0^ Also...a girl at the barn wants me to draw her horse. It's been a couple weeks and I haven't gotten around to it but now she's saying she'll give me $5? Yeah, it's not a lot...but hey - I was gonna do it for free! Also, two other girls told me that if I draw their horses, they'll give my five bucks too, haha. So...basically I'm sitting on $15. I just need to find time to draw!

it's making me super anxious to take art next semester - that'll really be my first drawing oriented art class. If all goes well, I'm thinking of possibly taking AP Art next year. The idea scares the bejeezus out of me, but I want to do it. I think.

Anyways...sorry for rambling. Just wanted to share/possibly get a critique or two :)

aww, thank you!

Do I charge? I dunno...I've never really drawn for other people...I guess technically, since there are people paying me $5 for drawings...but they offered!

OMG I love your homework. It brings back memories. I had to pay extra fees for damaging the school books, because I drew horses in every blank spot there was hehe.

haha thanks :) I don't draw in the books cause my mom would murder me if they charge me again...but anything else is fair game.

lol the PDM had already been returned...my other teachers just circle it and put a question mark or a frowny face or something. BUT...I don't lose points...so I don't really care.

hehe the shading was a lot of trial and error...I still have troubles with it sometimes, haha.
