Am I missing something in this contract?

Not really a contract I guess, just not sure what to call it.

A friend is needing full care on her yearling. This is what I have come up with, I am sure I am forgetting something.

I will be responsible for:
Grain 2 x day
Access to water and hay/grass
Salt/Mineral Blocks

You would be responsible for:
Vet care (though I can be there to hold for you if you can't be there)
Farrier Care (though I can be there to hold for you if you can't be there)
De-Worming (I can give if you provide de-wormer)
Any extra supplements you want to feed/give
Halter/Leadrope and any other equipment needed

YOU will be purchasing the hay and grain? Or just feeding it?

Is there bedding involved? Who will provide it? Is there a stall? Paddock? Pasture? And who will be responsible for cleaning said alotted space? I know it is implied with full are, but you should be specific.

Also will the yearlong be turned out with other horses?

I would also maybe give yourself a few days notice needed if you have to hold Tue horse for vet or farrier. Unless your personal schedule is very open.

What does "shelter" entail? Being brought in a stall at the first sight of rain, or a lean-to available in case a storm hits?
