Avg. price of pasture lease in OK?

Well, I might be on the hunt for a horse. I don't want to board so I might look into pasture leasing.
I'm in Oklahoma, so as to not confuse anyone.

What is a good price for a small (1-10 acres) pasture lease? All that the pasture has to have is a well built fence, road access, and possibly running water. I could figure out how to haul water if need be. I don't even need super, high quality pasture. Just enough for the horse to maintain a healthy weight with supplements.

Are these things too much to ask in a lease?
I would only have one horse, and I would t need a riding area for the moment. All I need is a fence. I might even build a shelter at my own expense.

$30 to $50 per horse is what I have seen around me.

My cattle raising neighbor pays $12/acre if it has a water source (read stock pond) on it. So, a year's lease for 1 acre would be $144/year, 10 acres $1440, regardless of # of head on it.
