- Large outdoor with sand/clay mix footing and full hunter/jumper course
- Attached Oversized, mirrored indoor. NEW sand/clay footing, finished wood walls
- 12 Large, bright, and airy matted stalls with windows and salt licks in lower barn
- 24 Large matted stalls with attached paddocks in upper barn. Attached paddocks are great for older or arthritic horses to prevent soreness due to lack of movement in a stall. Also has calmed down a lot of our young or hyper horses with the added space!
- Indoor, hot & cold, washstall
- Large grooming stalls with blanket bars and polo/bandage holders
- 2 Heated tack rooms with bridle, saddle racks and individual "cubby" spaces
- Tack room for storing tack boxes
- 2 Locked grain rooms

- Entire separate barn for hay/shavings storage. Large quantities of hay is not allowed in main barn for fire safety reasons. Small quantities of hay are allowed in main barn in designated stalls.
- Barn and indoor arena is equipped with state of the art sprinkler and security system
