Boarding barns in southern PA/northern WV??

I'm starting college this fall at Waynesburg University which is about an hour south of Pittsburgh. My horse is definitely coming to college with me. He's an 18 year old quarter horse and I do mostly flat work with him with a tiny bit of jumping. I've been looking for places around the college for some time and have only found listings for barns quite some distance away(an hour or more).

Does anyone know of any barns around the southern PA region/northern WV with full care board, around $350 a month? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
