Question Boarding in northern Florida

So my hubby and I are thinking of moving south, to somewhere in north central FL (like the Clermont area). It won't be anytime soon, but someday in the future ;) Tired of all this SNOW lol!!

Anyway, looking for a place to board my mare when we do eventually move...anyone know of any good boarding barns near Clermont or generally in the area?

Right now I pay $380/month and that includes:

Feeding twice a day
Hay twice a day
Full grass turnout every day
Stalls mucked 6 days/week
Trailer parking
Use of outdoor arena (full dressage and jump course) during the good weather and indoor arena during the bad weather
Tack storage in heated tack room (which also has a bathroom and a washer/dryer to do saddle pads and such)

Now I realize FL is going to be more expensive than OH is, but something that's under $600 would be nice, that includes all or most of the above. The turnout and daily mucking and feeding are essentials for me though.

Looking forward to someday moving somewhere that doesn't have SNOW all winter long!!

move to ocala! There are several places like that around here. The great thing about FL is you dont "need" in indoor to ride all year round. But an indoor with air would be super nice.
