Do you own a barn in the Arvada/Golden area?

I am looking for someone who may know a private barn in the Arvada/Golden area? I would love to find a smaller boarding situation. Am happy to buy my own hay (I don't want to quibble over how much I feed my horse). A private pen/stall is necessary (as in not shared with another horse). Need at least an outdoor arena, but would love an indoor as well. I am more than happy to help someone with chores or training. I have seen a few barns in the area that don't advertise, and would love to find out who owns them. Any point in the right direction is appreciated!!! Thank you very much!!
