Well, as some of you may know from previous posts im looking to open a boarding facility some time in the future. So just trying to get all the information I can on everything. Anyways, how would you go about hiring a riding instructor and or trainer? How does pay work? Do you just discount there board for bringing in clients, or do they pay you a percentage of what they make from training/lessons? How many stalls do you normally let a trainer use for there clients, or do they not get there own personal stalls for use? Do instructors provide there own lesson horses, or are you responsible for providing the lesson horses? Anybody with experience with hiring a trainer/instructor for there barn please share :). I tried googling this but I just keep getting information on hiring a personal trainer lol.
