Hobby Farm horse boarding MN

We have a 10 acre hobby farm and own 3 horses +(have a foal in utero) and a mini. I boarded my horses for 8 years before we bought this farm. Weve been here for almost 4 years and what I'm realizing is that i miss sharing the love of horses and socializing with other horse junkies. I've recently been tossing around the idea of boarding one horse owned by a middle aged woman. I'm 24 but don't generally get along with women my own age so..middle age/senior is necessary lol.
Bottom line is I'm bored of trying to get the fiance (who is a fair weather rider) to come out with me all the time. I really want a lady friend to hit the roads with. Board would be super cheap as I would not be doing this for monetary profit and all our critters receive A1 care.
Unfortuantely all I've got is an outdoor arena and like I said, miles of gravel roads.
Has anyone on here been in a situation like this? I would imagine having to tack on an insurance policy would probably be expensive...
I just want another woman to ride with!
