Holiday ideas for BO?

At my barn during the holiday season at least 5-6 of the boarders come out for a staff appreciation day. In the winter its usually only the BM working ad I come on weekends. So much stuff doesn't get done because its just the BM and me on weekends that we really appreciate staff appreciation day because stalls get done in an hour or 2 and we catch up on almost everything. Plus some of the boarder's parents bring out food for a potluck and its amazing!
