Question Horse spelling?

Ok im doing a correspondence animal care course and I need info on horse spelling. Google just shows me horse spelling properties and not the information about spelling. The directions the book gives are: You are working on a horse spelling property. A new horse is unloaded after some hours travel on a truck. Describe how you would cater for its basic needs as it settles in, considering housing, food and anything else you think it may require. Now the information booklet I recieved with the course says nothing about horse spelling so any information you can give would be greatly appreciated! :) Even if you could suggest some relevant websites that would be great!

Apparently from what iv read through google its a place where you send your horses for a "holiday" or for a rest after injury. That's pretty much all I know about it lol
