Im looking for boarding in East bay area, California, any tips?

I am looking to move my horses, tired of drama.
I just want to be able to go out and ride and spend time with my horses and not get picked on and have to deal with raciest management. I miss my horses because on my days off im so tired that I sometimes skip going out there because I cant deal with the stress.

I live in the East bay area, in California. My area code is 94805.
I am looking for something in these areas:

Orinda, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, El sobrante, Richmond, Oakland, Pinole, Hercules, martinez, Briones. Or somewhere in between.

Im looking for something affordable (like 300 per horse or less) because I have 2 horses that includes hay.
I have already been at 2 in El sobarante, never going back and I am currently at one in Hercules. I feel like I have pretty much exhausted my options. Cant find anywhere else to go. I would also love a covered arena.
If anyone is out here near me and knows of a place please let me know!
