Interest in boarding near central Ohio?

Would anyone be interested in boarding at a facility in Marengo, OH? It is 15 minutes north of Polaris and 30 minutes from downtown. The farm includes a 80x152 indoor arena connected to the stall barn, as well as an outdoor arena, 12x12 stalls, indoor/outdoor wash racks, and a tack room with a security door. We are thinking of purchasing the farm and need to see if there would be interest in boarding there. We would be willing to negotiate price. Thanks!
