I just started 4h and an looking of a horse to lease. Anybody know any good websites that advertise horses for sale or lease? Or anywhere else I can find horses for lease.

I would put an ad on craigslist if it were me. Be sure to put relevant details such as if you want the lease horse to stay at the owners property or if you are wanting to move the horse to another barn. What discipline you prefer, your riding experience, are you planning to pay for ALL care or just some. Think through all your details.

Craigslist or Kijiji, agreed. Be sure to take a few rides on whatever horse you look at leasing to make sure it's suitable for you before committing - offer to pay for such if the owner questions it. Don't be rushed.

As much as I recommend people looking to lease out their horse to ensure the prospective leasee is as much of a rider as they claim to be (not a beginner who is pretending to be a pro), it goes both ways - ensure the horse is indeed as advertised and not a high strung spooker advertised as a "dead broke bombproof" trail horse.

Oh darns! I am trying to lease my horse out to someone xD
Best of luck with your search! Dreamhorse is another place that you can look, but modify your search for "must be for lease". (:
