    Leasing land for horses question

My husband and I currently have 40 acres our house sits on. The 40 acres next to us is coming up for sale. That acreage has no house, just a barn. It's set up to take a house but again, there isn't one. We would like to buy it and increase our holdings to 80 acres. It is pricey and so we were considering leasing the land and barn out to horse people. So I guess my questions are all about the feasibility of that. What we would have to do for such a thing. If anyone has ever heard of such a thing. Experiences. Etc.
