Leasing land outside of Yuba City, ca

Wasn't sure where to post this but I assumed this section is where this would belong.
Looking for a Western or English trainer to lease a section of an equestrian ranch. There's eight indoor/outdoor stalls in the barn. Large tack room. Would be perfect for a trainer to establish cliental or a trainer who already has clients. There are miles of outdoor trails and a lighted outdoor arena; along with a lighted outdoor work area, including hot walker and paddocks. There's ample space for hay storage. Not big enough to be a boarding facility but would be great for a private equestrian trainer. Facility is near Yuba City. Serious inquires only. Looking for $2700-$3500 a month. Willing to do long term or yearly leases depending on trainers current situation. No live on premises. Please contact me by private message or post below if you have any questions. I can provide my email if that is easier for a potential leaser. Thank you.
