Looking for a place to board my horse in the Cincinnati area

I am moving to the Cincinnati area and am looking for a place to board my horse. I am open to any option, from a stable to someone's backyard. Specifically what I am looking for:

- access to arena with great footing and a few jumps within 15 minute walk
- access to a great hunter trainer
- large paddock, or daily turnout in large pastures if box stalls
- access to trails
- access to a covered and lot arena with great footing

Nice to Have's:
- supplement feeding
- under $500 per month including feeding, hay and stall cleaning
- hot water

Please let me know about any ideas or options! Being new here, I know nothing about the equestrian community. Does anyone know if there is a community that has public arenas and horse property?

- within 20 minutes of Sharonville

By "lot arena", I meant lit arena. Access to a lit indoor arena with great footing is a must, access to an outdoor arena with a few jumps is a nice to have.
