Well.. First off, I am trying to not get to excited here, this will probably not go through.. Butttt.. There is a local stable for sale, $750,000, 10 acres, multiple barns. There is one roundpen, one outdoor dressage arena, and one indoor arena. There is four barns, 14 stalls off the indoor arena, about 14 mare motel stalls (10 by 10, no run), 8 stall barn, and about ohh... 18 stalls in another barn. There is lots of small little outdoor pens, about 20 by 30 feet, some more some less. There is about one acre of fenced in grass pasture, but about three more acres of unfenced pasture. I take lessons there with a local horse club. Two small houses are on the property that could be leased out. It would be about a $3,000 income including mortage, hay, rent of house, bedding, etc., for 25 horses, 5 self care ($150), 20 full care ($350). I hope that I could rent out the smaller house and the person living there would work off quite a bit of their rent cleaning stalls and feeding horses. There is a LOT of stalls and quite a few horses. Is this reasonable? The more I think about this the more I know that it isn't going to happen. But oh well, my dreams rarely come true anyways. I think I used up my wishes when I got Casey..
