Should I stay or should I leave?

I just feel like a bad owner for keep moving him. I want to find a permanent barn but there is always something wrong

At my moms - I didnt have any where to ride and he had barely any pasture
At the 1st barn - the barn owner kept bossing my around and tried to tell me what to do with my horse
2nd barn - the barn owner didnt feed him, I was paying for stall board when he was kept outside all the time, she told me when I could and couldn't see him
And this barn - is too far but I love it so I'm just in a pickle ):

Assuming this barn really has all you're looking for, and you don't have the "grass is greener" syndrome, it's a no brainer. I'd kill to be 10 minutes from my barn. My horse is 40 minutes away. Gas alone is running me an extra $150 a month.

I can see why it would be hard but you also have to think of yourselves economy is tough and I think this would be best to move him
