Suggestions for Boarding in Durango, CO

My family is in the process of moving to Durango, Colorado and I am looking for inspiration and suggestions for my farm/horse business. I am looking to start with boarders and am interested to know what Durango boarders are looking for. To start we will have a small barn and large pastures. I plan to build an arena and there is endless forest for trail riding.

My questions are how do Colorado and specifically Durango residents feel about a new place to board and ride? Are there people looking for a good quality family owned farm? Any suggestions are helpful! Thanks!
