Where to Purchase PVC Brown Horse Fence in San Diego CA

Hi can anyone advise me where I can purchase a dark brown PVC horse fence in San Diego, I did some research online but unfortunately was unsuccessful. The companies I came across online are on the East Coast or Mid-West one company was asking $3200 just deliver the fence, I am hoping there is a local supplier any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance

According to Centaur's website there's a dealer within 50 miles. They sell brown horse fence.

Hi There,
Thank you very much for the contact... How funny I called him today and got a quote on the white, he's going to get back to me on the brown, he charges $12.35 per ft for a 4 rail fence, I am waiting on other local companies to get back to me, I called around the equestrian centers and got some numbers today, but $12.35 seems high.

Have you ever installed a fence yourself??
Some say use cement some say don't?
Not sure which is better???
Have you any idea??
