APHA question

For some reason Korean internet will not let me download the APHA site. I am curious about something. Can a thoroughbred/paint cross be registered through them? My friend who is boarding my horse is trying to convince me to breed my tb mare to her paint stud. I am not going to do it, I was just curious. She is absolutely certain that my mare and her stud would make a perfect cross. I have told her several times that I do NOT want her bred. I have several reasons not to. I have told her why I do not want her bred. She seems to be not listening to me on this. First of all, I am not there to care for my mare. Second, she is not healthy enough....she doesn't weigh what she should yet. His conformation is not what I would want to breed to. And finally, I do not want to breed her to a paint. I have other ideas of what I would breed her to, if I ever decided to breed her. That's not for a long time to come.

Paint horses are of thoroughbred & QH breeding. Nothing else so yes the horse can be registered with them ;)
