AQHA breeding help please

Hi,
I was checking out an ad on Craig's list and found this quarter horse palomino filly for sale. She is 4 and small. Nothing has been done with her at all. Here is her breeding. I don't even understand what she is saying when she says "3 AQHA" The stallion is located at a Arab barn. I don't want a quarter horse with arab in it. So,

PR An Obvious Shade out of 3 AQHA Northern Cowboy Daughters.

Am I posting in the wrong area? Basically looking for a nice western trail horse, if I can turn her in to a reiner that would be a bonus.

He doesn't have Arab in him. Even if he is at an Arab barn, they might be just standing him and/or using him on Arab mares to make quarabs. I would look at the filly HYPP status though. PR An Obvious Shade is listed as a carrier and even carriers are effected by HYPP.

Translation of the 3 AQHA: 3 daughters of Northern Cowboy are in his pedigree ;)

I also know the name of the dam, and am unable to pull her, or HER sire-up on all breed pedigree. I find it hard to believe I would have spelled all of them wrong. We have been told that the dam is This Cowgirl can Sting, Grand sire is Northern Cowboy. (who I cannot find at all) Grand dam is Bee sting, who is a TB.
Hmmm. Agree totally that genetic testing is needed.......
