Hey there! i rescued a Mare in Foal from a kill buyer back in December so breed date un known but i think we are finally in Home stretch!

Shes been huge compared to other mares in Foal but of course must just be the way she carries and she is a bigger set Horse build wise.

She started bagging on the 10th but her Udder is still Hard but has been growing steadily. Few days ago I noticed her teats were larger and 2 weeks ago Sunday I found her Mucous Plug in her tail! Something Ive learned is actully fairly Rare to find lol consider me lucky I guess!

Tonight at 2am I just noticed she now has Wax from one teat but her udder is still Hard is this normal?

No sign of a drop her rear has been slghtly relaxing but tail is still firm.

**I understand all Mares are different and may show non or bunch of signs I also know wax can come early as can losing her plug Im getting excited now though most from what Ive read says most mares go within 2 weeks of losing their Plug and now this Wax has me wondering!! Do you think she could go in the next few days maybe?

Also does anyone know how you put pics in a post without just links leading to a site with the pics?? TIA.

If you have the picture's URL (must be from a publicly viewable link like a public Photobucket picture or similar but not Facebook picture link), you copy the picture's URL. Choose the square icon with the mountains and the sun above the reply text box, paste the URL into the pop up link box and the photo becomes part of the post. You can have up to 10 photos/photo links in a single post if I remember correctly. Unlimited pictures in a thread, just a limit of 10 in each reply/post

Sounds like she can give birth at any time now.

You can also post photos from your computer by going to advanced settings and then click on the paper clip and then follow the prompts
