Well, I have one thing to say with this.. You can quote me too..

People who are not open to suggestion will not take advice, or opinions from others when their mind is set. Especially horse people.

MEANING - if you're going to breed your mare.. Whether she if fugly or a nation-wide champion.. & you have made up your mind.. There is no changing it. Nobody else will ever change your opinion. End of story.

I'm still going to either breed my mare (who is not the prettiest thing, but I love her movement for a pony, and she has great potential to be a cow horse, but is currently a hunter) - or breed my friend's mini jenny, for a mule. My mind is set and nobody will be changing it.

But no, I am not going to breed either equine to an ugly, non-proven-stud. No no no. I have picked only the best of the best that the world has to offer me yet.
