I agree with Appy, Ace has produced some really really nice horses.

People with true credibility and integrity don't need to tell other people how great they are.

Once again GoldenHorse I cannot fault your logic.
From what I can see in the photos and her pedigree that mare is worthy of producing another generation of arabians.
There are some Warmblood approved Arab stallions out there that can add size and retain the arab type. IMO though you cant go wrong with the stallion you posted a picture of. Athletic well built and a show record in performance classes to prove it.
He was also bred at one of the polish state studs and they know better than anyone how to breed quality athlectic arabians.
I agree with you about the Haflinger and other breeds that are being changed dramatically to suit the show ring.
I have been pressured to add hieght to my breeding program but like you think 15 hands is tall enough for any arab.
Though I have seen some great 16HH mares and stallions.
There is nothing wrong with breeding a mare with a purpose for the foal and ultimately it is your decision. Her pedigree alone enhances her value as a broodmare. Shalom

Thanks again, being as she is only 8 I can be patient with this one, I really want to see what she has for me first, then we will go from there. I believe that Gracie has been retained rather than sold, and has been bred for a 2013 foal. It will be interesting to see what the next generation produces. I know Ace produces nice foals, the next gamble will be will her daughter also produce well?

It will for sure be interesting to see if the Gracie produces as well as her dam.

Just because I haven't seen it advertise, Empres is a CA Carrier, so make sure your mare is tested CA clear. :)
