Thanks =] he is definitely his mothers son. He is doing better than we expected in this heat. We have them in the field with the most shade and there is also a one stall "barn" with an extended roof for them to go to if they need it until we can get our barn built

Has your mare's belly looked like that since you got her? It seems like its hanging quite low. It may just be the angle of the pictures. I only ask because a tore pre pubic tendon can be life threatening.
