If you mean an AQHA Appendix horse in AQHA racing then yes. If you are talking about TB racing then NO.

Many AQHA racing horses have TB all over their pedigrees. Racing QHs, a lot of the time, look like a completely different breed than the short, stocky, cowbred QHs.
