Can I find his registration?

So I've been looking at this horse to buy, and the owner says he's registered but he doesnt have the papers. He says the previous owner (owner number 2) has them but can't find them. I don't really mind not having the papers, although I kinda want them. I really just want to know his bloodlines. I don't have his name though. All I have is the original owners names who registered him and the city and state he was in. With just that info can I find any info on him from the AQHA?

If you get the owners that last had his papers or the owner that registered hims phone number you could try calling them and atleast get a registered name but that's a bit of a shot in the dark

If you have names you can Always google them and try to find there numbers
