could my horse be sabino?

Hello (=

Ok so about a year ago I bought a beautiful "palomino" filly she was a light creamy color then she got her winter coat and now she is 14 months old and losing her winter coat and she is a lot darker and her "crome" is a lot more prominent now (= okay so her white markings are a nice thick blaze going down onto her nose then she has a stocking which ends in a point and then she has a pastern that ends in a point and also on the same leg as the pastern she has a blob? Half way up her leg just a random weird blob ^.- and then she has speckles? Under her chest in between her front legs and also in between her back legs i've been told she might be sabino, im ecstatic at the thought she might be (= i'm going to get her color tested but when I get off my but and get around to it :P any suggestions would be lovely thanks

PS. The ?? After some words are incase her markings have a proper name (=
She's still very light on her body as she has a lot of winter coat still to lose (= and for some reason I didn't take a photo of her pastern :/ but its basicly a small triangle that wraps around her leg

Have her tested. She looks like she could be sabino but it appears more likely that she's a very minimal overo ( frame ) so genetically testing wouldn't be a bad thing. Since the face marking actually looks pretty smooth I'd say sabino is a little less likely

Sabino actually tends to prefer face white to be neat, and very symmetrical, as in this case. But what lends the eye most to sabino is the stocking on the rear leg, with its "arrow head" look to it. That is a very typical sabino trait, and there is no doubt in my mind that sabino is what is going on here.

As far as testing, so far there is only one test for sabino that only tests for one particular type. There is at least one more type of sabino that has no test as yet, possibly more.

She could well have frame, frame is really good at hiding. I would recommend that she was tested for it should she ever be considered for breeding.
