The dark one is way too down hill I would stay far away from that one. When they grow uneven 99% of the time they will stay uneven. Itll be harder for that horse to collect and lift itself when it gets older.
With yearlings it can be hard to tell as most of the time one end spurts up and then a few months later the other end has a spurt. I've seen some butt high yearlings end up wither high at about 4 years and vice versa. Cinny was REALLY butt high in the pics I saw of him as a yearling but now his butt is only an inch higher than the top of his withers.
