Thank you! Couldn't respond sooner, my computer crashed! LadyT, I think that the Majestic Gurl one could be her. The reason I think that one is because I entered the other one on all pedigree trying to find the name and it saved in the data base that's why theres no pedigree behind the name on that one. But My Majestic Gurl could certainly be her and it makes sense too because on the birthdate it lists her age as 13 which is right where the vet put her! Awesome detective work, thank you!! I'm not 100% sure its her but it makes the most sense, especially because of how much TB she looks to have in her and most of those are the old running, TB quarter horses. I'm going to look into this further :)

On a side note* I just recieved word that the husband of the hoarder/abuser in this case, has just gotten out of jail and is hunting for his horses. He contacted the former friend (who anymously turned them in) and demanded she tell him who has is horses. He is a scary and dangerous man and has been in jail for attempted murder! All he needs is to know my name and its easy to get an address, so I am worried right now. I have warned all other people in the area who adopted these horses, there many of us. He especially wants the pregnant ones back. Omg...mine is do any day. I will move heaven and earth to make sure he never see's this mare again.

I could but it wouldn't be fair for her to be moved right now since she is so close to foaling. I'm guessing no more than 5 more days til baby. It takes them a few weeks to adjust and feel comfortable somewhere. Also, I'm worried about him coming and taking my other horses. I have one very special one here that I would just loose it if anything happened to her. I'm very worried..

    Can you protect yourself???

Maybe you could ask the police to make a few trips by your house on their patrol???

We do pack and my husband has a mean aim. State champion skeet, and trap and broke the state record in archery last fall. He would'nt hesitate to use those skills! Lol It's just that this guy is crazy. He's an attempted murderer and is known for his temper. (according to the gal who turned them in) She's afraid too. Terrified that he might find out that she is the one who turned he and his wife in. As far as my property, well its not the easiest in the world to find but once found it is easily accessible. Our horse barn is positioned over a knoll from the house so hard to see the barn unless Im in the kitchen looking from that window. And we don't have barking dogs (not outside anyway) however, I have a huge light I'm leaving on outside the barn and I locked it up tight last night. I usually see headlights coming up the drive though. My only concern is waking up to catch him if he showed up. Oh well, between the momma about to foal and now this, looks like some long sleepless nights ahead.

What color is she? Markings? I have access to both APHA and AQHA sites to help with her papers.. Do you know the registered names of any stallions that were on the property. I can get addresses and ownership information as well.
Let me know if you want any information I can PM you about her.
