Foal
Destiny is a difficult one, she hasnt shown a season as in no mucky backlegs, and believe me she normally gets those!! But when we let her see the stallion, she acted like a tart, tail in the air no squirting as such, done a bit of winking, but tryed to double barrel the stally, good job the solid fence was in between!!!
Her chacter has totally changed aswell when a new horse was put in the field she would nomally 'mother' it for at least 2 weeks. 3 weeks after she was covered there was a new addition to the field, totally ignored it!
She also spends a lot of the time away from the group on her own, and wont let any of the others get near her. Even the small pony gelding who was very interested in her when she arrived and was in season, has shown no interest.
She has never been this shape before, even with a grass belly.
I like surprises by the way, and when the foal arrives( if it does) buisness would have picked up by then, and I will have a bit more money.
Thanks for all your opinions, you have made me a bit more positive about her being pregnant.
Jill

I have a mini that even my vet said "she's pregnant" by looking at her. But we did an ultrasound to know for SURE, and she was not only NOT pregnant, she was in season! So I have one fat little mini! (and while minis are easy to get fat, I feed mine a measured amount and none of my other 15 are anywhere close to looking pregnant!)
My point is, you can't be 100% sure just by looking at them...
