I do not breed or own a Stud But I think this may be a great thing if it can help keep the unwanted breedings down..
What do you think?

Kind of reminds me of the SPCA free neuter/spay program, good idea to stop unwanted animals being brought into the world.

I think that this is a great idea. To bad they don't have the funding to continue right now.

I had to pay for my dog, and that was through a shelter. It boggles my mind that gelding a horse could actually be free!
